Vote Fraud Criminal Darnell Nash Should Be ACORN’s Poster Boy

Although Glenn Beck has followed the ACORN saga closely for the most part, for reasons unknown he failed to discuss an important breaking story Thursday that concerns ACORN.

He missed a golden opportunity.

That’s because Darnell Nash (his mug shot appears above) was recently convicted of vote fraud in addition to the lesser crime of voter-registration fraud.

Who is Darnell Nash? He’s a Cleveland-based, cross-dressing male escort whom ACORN registered multiple times to vote. No evidence of criminal activity by ACORN with regard to the Nash case has been discovered — yet. ACORN remains under investigation by the prosecutor’s office in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

The conviction of Nash, known by various aliases including Serina “Sexy Slay” Gibbs, is incredibly significant for a number of reasons, not least of which is the fact that ACORN has long maintained that vote fraud, as opposed to the much more common crime of voter-registration fraud, basically never happens.

ACORN’s Project Vote affiliate has tried to get rid of the problem of vote fraud by defining it out of existence. Lorraine C. Minnite, a political science professor at Columbia University’s Barnard College, argues in an ACORN/Project Vote report called “The Politics of Voter Fraud” that “[t]he claim that voter fraud threatens the integrity of American elections is itself a fraud.” Minnite is also a senior fellow at the liberal think tank Demos, which is funded by wealthy liberal troublemaker George Soros through his Open Society Institute.

While ACORN has not yet been charged in Ohio, the fact that an individual voter registered by ACORN has been given a six-month prison term for casting a fraudulent ballot seems to be yet another historic first for the embattled radical advocacy group.

I always wondered how a Socialist (Bernie Sanders) got elected in Vt.

i’ve wondered about that too, nobody i know voted for him, but then most of my friends are working folks, not the granola addicts and birkenstock shufflers that infest burlington, middlebury and montpeculiar.

I think it has a lot to do with Bernie’s first campaign for national office while he was still mayor of Burlington…he lobbied the legislature to allow out of state students vote in local/state elections…

Just my opinion, students voting in 2 locations (in the city of their college and absentee in their home towns) is a vast cauldron of fraud…

Who would ever check to see if someone is voting in both Berkeley, CA and Burlington, VT?

i suspect you’ve put your finger on it julie, and it is voting fraud when a “temporary resident” votes in two places at once, his/her home of record and temporary abode in another state. sadly no one seems to be paying attention either up in montpeculiar or local town clerk’s offices.

I was a fan before I knew he was one of the top experts on ACORN in the country. He seldom hangs and lurks on twitter as he is so buy these days. The best, in almost all his articles, he will have a sarcastic, one sentence remark that’s laugh outloud funny. The beginning, the middle, the end…you have to read him to find it. The sentence from this article has been deleted. It was the opening one…”ACORN can’t seem to stay away from prostitutes”.

The more I read and hear about ACORN, the more suspicious I get that fraudulent voting put the fraud in office. In the grand scheme of things there is no doubt that Obama is Soros’ sock puppet.

Don’t forget about voter intimidation. The New Black Panthers in Philly.

Useful idiot Attorney General Holder gave the New Black Panther Party a pass on voter intimidation but he sure as hell wants to crucify the CIA Gitmo interrogators. What’s wrong with this picture? US citizens are scared away from the polls, but the murdering terrorists are protected. Are we still living in a free United States?
Hussein must be impeached. I wish I knew the process for a citizens’ charge against him for treason, high crimes and misdemeanors. He can go back to Kenya and take Michelle and Bo with him.
