Jamie Glazov Takes on Sean Penn at World Net Daily

Jamie Glazov has another must-read article over at World Net Daily:

Sean Penn is in Castro’s Cuba on another one of his political pilgrimages. This time he’s seeking an interview with his hero, the communist despot Fidel Castro.

Penn scored interviews last year with two of his other secular gods: Cuban president and executioner Raúl Castro and Marxist tyrant Hugo Chavez. Now he is apparently on assignment for Vanity Fair to meet and interview Castro.

This is only to be expected from Penn, of course, since few Hollywood stars represent liberal Hollywood better in terms of venerating communist and Islamist butchers than Penn. A member of leftist anti-war organizations Not In Our Name and Artists United to Win Without War and an avid supporter of MoveOn.org, he has been an outspoken critic of the Iraq war, a leader in fellow traveling and a champion of jihadi terrorists.

Let’s take a little look back at Penn’s romance with tyranny and terror:

In December 2002, just prior to the U.S. liberation of Iraq, Penn embarked on a political pilgrimage to Baghdad with Medea Benjamin, a trip that was publicized as a “fact-finding” visit. It remains a mystery what “facts” Penn was looking for or even found, since the trip basically entailed him denouncing the approaching U.S. invasion and serving as a propaganda tool for Saddam.

Be sure and read the rest here.

And Get the whole story on why leftists venerate communist mass murderers in Jamie Glazov’s new book, United in Hate: The Left’s Romance with Tyranny and Terror.

I put, or don’t put, my money where my mouth is…I think Penn is a very gifted actor. I do not encourage his fame by paying to see his movies. I don’t watch them cable either.
Many Americans have died over many years for his right to make an A** of himself.

I wonder if we could somehow “forget” that Penn is an American Citizen, and lose his visa as he returns to the country?

He’s already deported himself, and we would just need to revoke his citizenship and leave him with the people he loves. Maybe after a few months in Cuba, he’d realize that America isn’t such a bad place.

There is a sickeningly long list of America haters like Penn, who put the blame on the US for all that goes wrong with the Cuban Revolution, and call it imperialism. Meanwhile, the fools ignore murder and torture on the Island of Pines. Instead, in a warped vision of reality they’ll call attention to incarceration of Islamic combatants at Guantanimo Bay as human rights abuses. My remedy is to have Penn, while he is in Cuba, pay a visit to the US Marines at Gitmo. He can gain some insight as to of how genuine, respectful American men and women behave.

To bad Penn does not talk with Juiantia Castro and Fidel’s daughter. They both had to sneak out of Cuba through Spain to get to the US.

    Barbara,
I agree but would carry it further. I know many Cuban refugee families here that would be more than willing to impart actual information of the reality of Castro’s butchery and tyranny. I have seen photographs taken by those that were actually able to make it out and heard the horror stories that are beyond comprehension. I do question Penn’s mental stability and believe that he never matured beyond the teenage years of seeking out the thrill of “naughty” behavior.

I just finished reading, United In Hate by Jamie Glazov, and got exactly what I wanted to know: Why any American sides with the terrorist. But the reason is so mind boggeling that some days as I was reading I had to put it down because I was getting sick to my stomach and my brain was in a whirl wind. All that is going on is like the movie, Matrix, where people are being control by robots and don’t even know it. I have already read Mark R. Levin’s, Liberty and Tyranny which also answered very simply the differece and I quote from his book that he quotes of Abraham Lincoln, 1864: With some the word liberty may mean for each man to do as he pleases with himself, and the product of his labor; while with others, the same word may mean for some men to do as they please with other men, and the product of the other men’s labor.
I wish I could remember everything I have been reading to be prepared better, but the more I read about these people they need the literal hand of God to knock sense into them. I am talking about the God of Abraham, Isaac, Moses, the God who sent his son Jesus to cleanse our conscience and provide a way out. Until Jesus returns, we all still have freedom of choice to serve whom we chose and no one has the right to take that freedom away.
