MSNBC “Progressive, Not Partisan”?

November 19, 2009

The Obama administration’s designated anti-Fox hit woman Anita Dunn joined Valerie Jarrett in branding Fox News as partisan while reserving any such judgment about MSNBC. Tim Graham, Director of Media Analysis at Media Research Center, noted that on her way out of the administration (sorta) Anita Dunn called MSNBC “progressive but not partisan.”

To cite three examples of the network’s lowest-rated host , Ed Schultz of The Ed Show, Republicans are treasonous, money-grubbing infidels who quiver with joy when women contract cancer.

“Non-partisan” example #1:

The Republicans lie! They want to see you dead! They’d rather make money off your dead corpse! They kinda like it when that woman has cancer and they don’t have anything for her…My God, Democrats, what’s wrong with you?! You can’t deal with these people, at all!

“Non-partisan” example #2:

The same crowd that says they support the troops didn’t support the United States getting the Olympics. They only support the troops when it’s good for them. They only support America when it’s good for them. They only support America when it’s good for their political agenda. What the Republicans did I think rivals Jane Fonda sitting on a gun in North Vietnam.

“Non-Partisan” example #3:

The Republicans can’t [offer an alternative health care plan, which they did in May]. They won’t do it. Because they’re about the money. It’s all about the tax cuts. It’s all about the big insurance, the Big Pharma, it’s all about livin’ for the lobbyists. That’s what they’re doing.

These are representative of of Big Ed’s program every night of the week, distinguished by its low-ratings and its relative reserve compared to Keith Olbermann.

Fox is just a media outlet for the Republican party. They constantly lie to advance the right-wing ideology. MSNBC, while the pundits criticize right-wingers, they don’t lie to do it.

Leftist state-run propoganda mills like MSNBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, and PBS get clobbered by Fox News every single day. Leftists control so much of the establishment media, and they STILL can’t atract an audience. Incapable of honest self-assessment, they point to the lying liars at Fox News. Couldn’t be that the vast majority of the American viewing public is fed up with panting sycophants like Chris Matthews and raving lunatics like Keith Olbermann and Ed Schultz. No, that’s not why ratings of the state-run media are in the tank. Couldn’t be.

All of those but PBS are run by huge conglomerates that are known for their right-wing bias. When there’s a claim that one source has a monopoly on the facts, as you right-wingers believe is the case with Fox “news”, you can be that the facts are more propaganda than anything.

Dream on, Ben. The left wing orthodoxies are becoming less and less viable as they get debunked, one by one, by an informed conservative constituency.

T n’ F and Chris R., don’t worry about Ben. He just can not comprehend the fact that his views are more liberal of those of Mr. (maybe Mrs.) Schulz, Miss Obama, woops I meant Chris Matthews, and The Prophet, eh em Keith Olbermann. When someone can not see that these three are NOT partisan is just sad. There are people on Fox News that are Republican and Far-Right Republicans. Sean Hannity is the main. Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly BOTH have praised Democrats in the U.S. House and Senate. Keith, Chris, and Ed, you REALLY think that they would EVER agree with a Republican? Hell, Ed thinks all Republicans are spawns of Satan and Adolph Hitler. And if you notice Chris when you talked about Fox News just plainly spanking MSNBC, CNN, PBS, etc in ratings EVERY NIGHT he just slides it away. But guess what B E N, its not like it JUST started. Bill O’Reilly’s show has been NUMBER ONE FOR 9 YEARS. Ben, you think he is or I am lieing, go to the Neilsen Ratings site and look for yourself. You must be a rater (ratings version of a Truther the ONLY more stupid thing in the world behind MSNBC’s lineup).
